- Passport or ID card required.

- Booking confirmation paper required. 

- Small groups in normal days: 

     + Cancellations made 15 or more days prior to the date of arrival (Saturday, Sunday and holidays are not included): Free. 

    + Cancellations made within 15 days prior to the date of arrival (Saturday, Sunday and holidays are not included) will incur a 100% charge.  

- Large groups (5 rooms or more) in normal days: 

+ Cancellations made 35 or more days prior to the date of arrival (Saturday, Sunday and holidays are not included): Free.

+ Cancellations made within 35 days to the date of arrival will incur a 100% charge.

- Bookings in the stage of holidays, Tet are not allowed to change or cancel. 

- Under 5-year-old children: Free (maximum 01 child). 

- Only 01 child over 06 years old in room.

- 11-year-old children sharing room with parents: additional fee for breakfast: VND 210.000 per child

- Extra bed for the third person: VND 735.000 per night for Villa Studio and over.

Cancellation/changing fee in a service = hotel's cancellation/changing fee standard + transaction tackling fee 

Cancellation/changing fee standard of hotel: base on cancellation condition.

Transaction tackling fee as below: 

• - Booking service under VND 5 million: from VND 50,000 to 2% total value of the service. 
• - Booking service over VND 5 million: 1,5% total value of the service
