See the grand and solemn mausoleum of Ho Chi Minh (viewed from outside; closed Mon and Fri and from Oct-Nov), the 'icon of Hanoi' - The One Pillar Pagoda, the beautiful Temple of Literature, West Lake's Tran Quoc temple and Quan Thanh pagoda as well as the fascinating Ethnology Museum, the bustling Old Quarter and at the end of the day - a water puppet performance.
This morning, drive through the fertile farmlands of the Red River Delta to Halong City. Board the Elation, a classic cruise for the overnight cruise on Halong Bay. Enjoy the magnify after breakfast, enjoy the 3.5 hour ride Halong Bay and take in the lush scenery as you drive through the rich farmlands of the Red River Delta. Upon arriving in Halong, board your boat. Lunch will be served as you cruise amongst the bay's rock formations and unspoiled pockets. As the sun sets, enjoy dinner onboard and your boat will anchor in the bay for the night. A visit to the north is not complete without experiencing the spectacular views of more than 3,000 limestone karsts in Ha Long Bay. Declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1994, Ha Long Bay is a naturalist’s dream. Sculpted into strange shapes by the wind and weather, the karsts hide deserted beaches, many magnificent caves, and hidden lagoons that may only be reached by chinks in the cliffs that are revealed at low tide. cent scenery as the boat sails around the emerald waters and craggy limestone cliffs. As your boat cruises back to Halong City through the spectacular karsts and limestone You wake in the fresh air on the bay with a swim (if weather permits) or you can relax on the sundeck. After coffee, tea and breakfast pastries, you’ll dock to visit one of the most famous caves in the Bay. At around 09:30AM, boat starts cruising towards the harbor while a lunch/brunch is served. Say goodbye to your crew and return to Hanoi. You will stop at Dong Trieu ceramic making village en-route, where you can have opportunity to interact with the artisans and understand how they preserve the traditional craft over generations. Then transfer to airport for a flight to Danang. Arrive in Danang, the guide of ODC Travel pick you up and and transferring to Hoi An. Overnight in Hoian
After breakfast, ODC guide & car driver arrive take you to airport for flight to Danang. From here, you’ll be met and continue transfer to Hoi An for check in. Lunch is on your own. This afternoon, take a tour of the ancient town centre to visit Chua Ong Pagoda, Assembly Hall, 200-year-old Tam Ky House and the 400 year-old Japanese Covered Bridge constructed in 1593…Continue walking through the small alleys to soak up the atmosphere of a bygone age or back to your hotel for your beach relaxation
Following breakfast, depart for a half-day cooking class at Tra Que, a charming village in Hoi An's rustic outskirts which supplies vegetables to kitchens all over the country. Spend the morning working with the villagers as they show you the ways to harvest and prepare fresh vegetables for meals. Cook a lunch of Vietnamese dishes with your hosts before enjoying the fruits of your labour. Return to Hoi An town for a leisurely afternoon. Overnight in Hoian
A short flight southwards leads you to Nha Trang, Vietnam's beach capital known for its golden stretches of sand, crystal clear waters and idyllic islands. Check in hotel and free time for relaxing.

After breakfast, meet and transfer to the dock for a boat cruise to visit Tri Nguyen, one of the most beautiful aquariums in Vietnam, to see the beautiful collection of different corals and sea creatures living in Nha Trang seabed. The cruise continues to Con Se Tre Island for swimming on a secluded beach. Lunch is at the island restaurant or at a fishing village restaurant with fresh seafood. Afternoon, have more swimming/snorkeling. You might want to ride the gondola across the ocean from Vin Pearl Island back to the dock before returning the transfer to the hotel.
After breakfast, depart for the dynamic Ho Chi Minh City on a short flight. At Saigon, you will be taken on an orientation tour of the city in a classic Citroen car, cruising past highlights such as the Presidential Palace, War Remnants Museum, the colonial Notre Dame Cathedral and the Old Saigon Post Office. The rest of the afternoon is at your leisure to discover this bustling city at your own pace. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City
The private car pick you up at your hotel and then transfer to Cai Be floating market. The excursion starts at around 10.am from our pier in Phu An hamlet located next to Cai Be town, approximately 2 hours drive south from Saigon. Upon embarkation on your sampan you will be welcomed by our crew. After your installation, the cruise will begin with the visit of some local home factories where you will be able to observe how rice paste, coconut candies and other specialties are traditionally made. We will then proceed to Cai Be colorful floating market, cruising among local barges full of fruits and vegetables. Your sampan will take direction of Vinh Long and Sa Dec, cruising upstream on the Tien Giang River, one of the two large arms of the Mekong. These evergreen islands among the Mekong River bring about large networks of meandering rivers, criss-crossed with countless arroyos, and remain unknown to many people. We will then cruise on a small beautiful canal through water jacinth plantations… You will disembark to take a small rowing boat for a cruise along a narrow canal passing by a local tiny village and fruit plantations. Further on the banks, some dark smokes in the sky will lead us to one of the largest artisanal bricks and tiles factory where you will have an interesting visit. Sa Dec town will appear like a little “Venice” with numerous narrow canals. You will disembark at the local market place for a guided visit of this charming town, walking along its narrow streets where beautiful French old houses and Chinese temples dating from the last century are numerous. Your lunch will await you at an ancient house dating from 1890, home of Mr. Huyen Thuy Le, the “Lover” of Marguerite Duras famous writer. (Novel and movie “The Lover”) Back on board your sampan, you will enjoy cruising down to Can Tho along a beautiful narrow canal, passing under several wooden “monkey bridges” and by tiny typical villages. Some stops on the banks will be possible to establish contacts with the local population. A visit will be done at a Cao Daist temple. Before sunset, we will have our last stop on the banks arranged at a splendid ancient house or “Nha Co” dating from the early 19th century. After being greeted by the owners, we will cater a candlelight dinner for you, an unforgettable experience in a unique atmosphere. After dinner, we will proceed the cruise for approximately one hour until Can Tho. We will moor for the night in a quiet place. Your bed will be ready for your night on the Mekong river. At around 06am, your sampan will slowly start cruising. Your breakfast will be served on board at 07am while approaching Cai Rang floating market actually still the largest in the whole Mekong delta. We will pass by countless sampan boats carrying sand, rice, fruits and vegetables, fish, flowers… showing an intense activity on the river. Your cruise journey will end at around 10.am at Ninh Kieu pier after a visit at Can Tho local market. Then transfer to airport for a flight to Phu Quoc, arrive in Phu Quoc, pick you up and transfer you to hotel. Free time.
