1. Low season: (Jan., May, Sep., Dec.)
- Cancellations made 6 or more days prior to the date of arrival (Saturday, Sunday and holidays are not included): Free
- Cancellations made within 6 days prior to the date of arrival (Saturday, Sunday and holidays are not included) will incur a 100% charge
- Notice: Booking forms in holidays, tet, peak season are not allowed to changed or canceled.

2. High season: (Jun., Aug.)
- Cancellations made 10 days or more prior to the date of arrival (Saturday, Sunday and holidays are not included): Free
- Cancellations made within 10 days prior to the date of arrival (Saturday, Sunday and holidays are not included) will incur a 100% charge
- Notice: Booking forms in holidays, tet, high season are not allowed to changed or canceled.

- Under 12-year-old children: free breakfast and sharing bed with parents (maximum 02 children)
- 12-year-old and older children: considered as adult
- Extra beds (rely on capacity of extra bed replaced by extra cushion): VND 660.000/night
- Additional fee on breakfast: VND 330.000/person/meal

Cancellation/changing fee in a service = hotel's cancellation/changing fee standard + transaction tackling fee

Cancellation/changing fee standard of hotel: base on cancellation condition.

Transaction tackling fee as below:

• - Booking service under VND 5 million: from VND 50,000 to 2% total value of the service.
• - Booking service over VND 5 million: 1,5% total value of the service
