Once visiting Pattaya, tourists cannot miss opportunity to go shopping and experience in bustling malls here. Along with warm weather and rich culture, Pattaya provides an excellent shopping area for both tourists and locals. 

1. Walking street 

Walking street is a part of this city that has a lot of excited things for tourists to explore. On the street, there are not only stalls selling clothes, shoes, souvenir, jewelry,... but also the place focusing dozens of restaurants, music activities, bar, night clubs and so on. All of these activities are really interesting and excited, you will never forget the experience in this walking street. 

 

2. Mike Shopping Mall



Mike Shopping Mall is synonymous with great value basics such as swim suits and printed tees, alongside some classic (some might say predictable) souvenirs: Buddha images, carved elephants and fairy lights. There is also an OTOP Section (One Tambon, One Product) where regional handicrafts and snacks can be found. Tourists flock here thanks to cheap prices, almost continual sales and the powerful air conditioning that certainly makes for a more pleasurable shopping experience during the hottest months.

The mall open at 10 a.m to 11 p.m everyday. 

 

3. Royal Garden Plaza

 The Royal Garden Plaza, located along Beach Road, is famous for the red airplane and bright yellow balloon along the entrance. Both landmarks are part of Ripley’s Believe It or Not! museum. The museum is also part of the shopping center. The shopping experience provides several famous name-brand stores as well as electrical goods, souvenirs, and restaurants to choose from. The Royal Garden Plaza is known for promoting the concept of an “entertainment mall” with a combination of trendy shops, great restaurants, fun attractions, and family activities to enjoy all in one place.

 

4. Mimosa

This quaint shopping area located along Sukhumvit Road features buildings designed like an old style European village. Along with a windmill and a musical water fountain, Mimosa offers over three-hundred or more shops. Customers can find clothing, jewelry, souvenirs, and local Thai crafts, serving as the perfect souvenir to take back home. There are also street performances and family attractions to enjoy while shopping. The shopping experience at Mimosa is enhanced by the interesting architecture and a small canal that add charm and personality to the area.

 

5. Central Festival

This amusement and food center is in Pattaya Beach Road, South Pattaya. Inside the central are international-class cinemas equipped with 2D - 6D cinema system, a karaoke area and game room in the sixth and seventh floor. Good restaurants serving traditional and western dishes can also be seen here.

Central festival opens daily from 10 a.m to 11 p.m.

Royal Garden Plaza is famous for the amusement center named Ripley's Believe It or Not! which has a lot of excited games and activities on the third floor for your family and friends to experience. 7. Thepprasit Night Market

Thepprasit Night Market is amongst the most popular of the local bazaars in Pattaya. Found close to the Sukhumvit Road end of its namesake street, it is adjacent to the Outlet Shopping Mall and spreads over most of the parking area in front of the K-Hut Complex. With extensive parking available behind and an impressive array of shops and stalls, it attracts large crowds of locals and tourists every evening.
The night market only open at weekend, from Friday to Sunday between 5 p.m and 11 p.m.
